the famous Taj group. Situated close to the Ranthambhore Forest Reserve,
this Taj Lodge is spread over an area of 10 acres of large green lawns,
dense tree coverage and the added advantage of international facilities
provided by the five star Taj chain of Hotels.
Swai Madhopur Lodge, a heritage hotel at Ranthambhore gives a choice of Standard rooms, where long ago ministers as well
as royals accompanying the Maharaja, used to stay in these rooms.
Spacious and comfortable and well equipped with guest amenities.
Superior rooms are spacious, rustic
with view overlooking the lush gardens. Also available are Junior
Suites, rich in history, these
spacious rooms are part of the original 1930-1935 accommodation,
used by the Maharaja of Jaipur and his personal guests. In fact,
Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip once stayed in these suites on
their visit to Sawai Madhopur.
Winter tents are pitched during October to
March, these spacious tents offer private sit outs overlooking the
main garden and air cooler/heat convector. Every tent has a canopied

residential conferences with a relaxed yet professional environment. One
of the special areas is the bar cum sitting lounges studded with tiger
trophies and picture memorabilia of yesteryears donning it's walls. The
Lodge also arranges for evening cocktail dinners with a jungle theme
