All 140 centrally air-conditioned rooms are very spacious, luxuriously appointed with a private verandah or balcony that overlooks the Arabian Sea. Guest amenities and facilities include personal safes and extra-large bathrooms. There are two Presidential villas also with private plunge pools.

The Taj Exotica has been subtly divided into a main block which houses spacious deluxe and luxury rooms; and the villa block with 2 and 4 rooms villas. Feel the magnificence of the surroundings by viewing the sky embracing the virgin horizon, and the sea girdling the lawns in the distance from your private balcony.

Recreation:

Swimming pool with Jacuzzi, children's pool with water slides and floats, fitness centre, and spa make ideal arrangements for your leisure time. Apart from the water slides, The Taj Exotica also offers water sports like wind surfing, sailing, speedboats and para sailing. Other recreational facilities include a 9-hole mini golf course, 3-hole putt and pitch golf course, beach volleyball, basketball and giant chessboard. Indoor games include table tennis, billiards, computer games, card room and library.
