The concept of 'Around Delhi' was developed keeping Delhities in mind and providing information about various destinations and the accommodation available there. The concept and the site was visualised by our founder, Dr. Rakesh Anand, a qualified Anaesthetist by profession and an avid traveller himself.
Our first site www.AroundDelhi.com was started in the year 2002 and in just a short time it is become the 'Mecca' of all Delhi travellers. The site provides information about destinations all over North India with many off beat places in the list. Detailed driving instructions, tourist information, useful tips, maps etc. are given about the each place. After helping you in selection of a destination, information is provided about the various hotels and resorts available, along with the facilities provided, pictures etc. Subsequently we have started with other sites which are region or sector specific.The description given and the pictures posted is made available through our employees, who have visited these hotels/resorts and collected first hand information about them. The sites gives an unbiased view of the accommodation and facilities, keeping the guest view-point in mind.
Our Director, Mrs. Seema Anand, also overlooks operations along with Dr. Rakesh Anand, personally follow up all the enquiries, providing the desired services to the client along with a dedicated team. We cater to individual travellers, corporate clients for leisure, conferences, training workshops, family groups etc. Being totally based on the internet and combining 'brick and mortar' concept, we have kept our overheads to a minimum in order to pass on the benefits to our clients in form of best rates.
