Shoghi is a tiny piece of paradise tucked away on NH 22, thirteen kilometers short of Shimla. As the car stops, you’ll find yourself on a gentle hill slope, under a thick cover of oak and pine trees.

The resort at Shogi is primarily spread across mountain slopes or mountain tops. Accommodation is in cute little cottages, both single and double with enough privacy around. While travelling in groups, you have the option of staying in cottage clusters Each cottage has a spacious sit-out area where you enjoy a very private moment with nature. Once inside, sink into a comfortable bed or choose to relax at a cozy sitting area. There are little things that’ll delight you. Like dry fruit pouches, cookies, chocolates and of course mineral water.

Aamod resort has viewing decks, trails, recreation zones, adventure areas, a lounge with books and a host of indoor games to keep you busy. DELUXE PINE COTTAGE Shogi Set amid the stunning beauty of oak and pine forest scenery, 6 Deluxe Pine Cottages (approximately 300 sq ft each, including  a large private sit-out and en-suite) feature Sheesham wood furniture, silk furnishings & cotton linen to create a warm ambience. The Sofa-cum bed in each room converts into a large (4 feet width) size bed if required.

DELUXE MUD FINISHED COTTAGES The 11 pre-fabricated Deluxe Mud finished cottages at Aamod Shoghi (approximately 280-350 sq ft each, including a large private sit-out and en-suite), have a mud finished exterior combined with a simple yet elegant interior. Sofa cum bed is available in all cottages.

MUD FINISHED FAMILY COTTAGES Overlooking the forest & the Shoghi resort, are 2 pre-fabricated Mud finished Aamod Family cottages (approximately 550 sq ft each, including 2 large private sit-outs each and en-suites) each a combination of two bedrooms with an interconnecting door in between, where each room has separate  facilities and a large private sit-out, One bedroom has a king size double bed and the other has twin beds. Family cottage can accommodate 4 adults

Activities at Aamod

Adventure On-site Adventure Course-Burma Bridge, Rope Bridge Walk, Commando Net are some of the hurdles on the course. Valley crossing, rock climbing and rappelling is done at a nearby location.

Recreation Carom, Archery, Table Tennis, Basket Ball, Indoor games, Tambola and other games organised from time to time or on request.
